What is sports massage?
Sports massage is a form of deep soft tissue mobilisation that can be applied to athletes and non athletes. Techniques applied include effleurage, kneading, wringing, hacking and trigger pointing. Sports massage helps relieve muscular tension, break down adhesion's, mobilise soft tissues and reduce pain.
