Alex Jeans
HCPC Registered Physiotherapist – PH143360

Alex is proud to be joining the Physio Motive team and values their strong commitment to supporting the physical wellbeing of his local community in Sudbury. He is looking forward to utilising his comprehensive skills in sports massage and manual therapy, alongside his extensive strength and conditioning background, to deliver tailored rehabilitation programmes aimed at optimising recovery and long-term outcomes.
Alex has two years’ experience working within a clinically led MSK specialist provider delivering NHS-funded services, where he gained exposure to a wide range of conditions and developed strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills. His approach is shaped by both his Master’s degrees in Physiotherapy and Athletic Development & Peak Performance, supporting an integrated, evidence-based approach to care.
Alex enjoys working with a wide range of age groups and populations, supporting individuals experiencing pain, movement limitations, injury, or post-operative rehabilitation. He works closely with people to help them return to daily activities, work, and sport with confidence.
He believes physiotherapy should be simple, transparent, and empowering, with patients fully understanding their diagnosis, rehabilitation plan, and what is required to return to full function or build long-term physical health. Alex has a specialist interest in the assessment and management of spinal, hip, and shoulder conditions, and enjoys the variability and clinical challenges these presentations bring, along with supporting meaningful improvements in patient outcomes.
Outside the clinic, Alex is an avid runner training for half marathon, full marathon, and ultra-distance events, and competing in Hyrox in 2026. When he’s not training, he’s usually on the golf course trying to lower his handicap.
